Jeffrey L. Evans, Managing Director of Retail Leasing with The Comras Company, oversees various landlord and tenant representation assignments in major urban and suburban hubs throughout South Florida.

Since forging into brokerage in 2006, Evans has experienced a meteoric rise. Jeff has overseen the South Florida interests of national and regional retailers such as  Capital One Bank, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, Lime Fresh Mexican, Texas de Brazil, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Shake Shack, Gyroville, Segafredo, Yogurtland, The Cheese Course, Sonic, Smashburger, UFC Gym, Crunch Fitness, Lucky Strike, Poggenpohl, Pandora, Goorin Bros, Planet Blue, For Eyes Optical, Le Pain Quotidien, Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen, MidiCi, Havana 1957, Village Tavern, Ouzo Bay, Loch Bar, Twin Peaks, Pincho Factory, Five Guys, Bento Sushi, CREAM, My Ceviche, Zuuk, Tupelo Honey, Penguin, Sephora and Nike.

With a special focus on high profile street retail, regional malls and lifestyle centers, Evans has led the leasing efforts for multiple landlords. Representing The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, a 400,000 square foot lifestyle center, through his leasing efforts, Jeff helped to improve the tenant mix and increase the average rental rate by more than 40%. This generation of value, in turn enabled ownership to sell the asset for over $470 per square foot.

Jeff is currently Integra’s & CK Privé Group’s exclusive leasing agent for Uptown Biscayne, a mixed-use retail, office and residential development located at prime intersection of Biscayne Boulevard & 163rd Street, consisting of 170,000 square feet of retail. The 4.92-acre site is at the gateway between Aventura, North Miami Beach and Sunny Isles Beach across the causeway.

Most recently, Evans and The Comras Company have been retained by several of the largest property owners along Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard, to assist in curating the proper mix of local, regional and national tenants. The five-block area boasts approximately 250,000 square feet of retail and café space. Las Olas Boulevard is among the ranks of areas like Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, historic Coconut Grove and the burgeoning East Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach.

Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He resides in Weston, Florida with his wife and three children.
