Four New Restaurants Coming to Midtown Miami Building

Four restaurants have signed leases in the new Midtown Five apartment building in Midtown Miami.

Japanito, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, MidiCi and Raw Juice will occupy a combined 8,339 square feet on the ground floor of the building at 3250 N.E. 1st Ave. The 400-unit apartment building was recently completed by Magellan Development Group.

MidiCi signed the largest lease at 3,498 square feet. The restaurant will offer Neapolitan pizza, with open prep stations and wood-fired ovens, plus outdoor dining space.

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill will relocate from the Shops at Midtown to a 2,616-square-foot space at Midtown 5.

Raw Juice will serve healthy smoothies, acai bowls, salads and cold pressed juices with organic and local ingredients in a 1,328-square-foot space. .

Japanito leased 897 square feet to offer its sushi bowls and sushi burritos in biodegradable packaging.

Jon Samuel of Midtown Group represented the landlord in the deals.
