[Miami Beach, FL.] Quiksilver, one of the world's largest surf wear retailers, has signed a lease for a new flagship store at 673 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The premium lifestyle & culture clothing brand will occupy approx. 2,800sf and is expected to open during 2019/20 season. The retailer opted for a prime corner location, in the heart of the Collins Avenue “Fashion District”, just one block form Ocean Drive and the Beaches.

The retailer will join MAC Cosmetics, Sunglass Hut and Round Two at the highly trafficked corner of Collins Avenue & 7th Street. The property is strategically located between the beach and the main parking garage in the area. Other tenants in the area include Vans, H&M, Free People, Zara, Rip Curl and Steve Madden.

The new space was formally occupied by the Gap, an original tenant in the building that was built in 1994. Spaces ranging from 1,400-4,500sf are available and are ideal for cafes and boutiques.
